           Recommended Usage:

 

• For a cooling massage, pop the Mey Ice Globes in the fridge or in a bowl of cold water for about 10-15 minutes prior to massage.
• On clean skin, feel free to apply your favorite serum, moisturizer, or facial oil.
• Start to perform upward rolling motions on your face & neck for about 3-7 minutes. Globes can be used for forehead, cheeks, and neck. Globe handles can be used for gentle undereye areas to diminish puffiness.
